• You must be at least 13 years old to use ChefBoard.
• When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risks to the community.

2. User Content

You may post recipes, photos, videos, comments, and other content (“User Content”) on ChefBoard. You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a license to use it as described below.

• You grant ChefBoard a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Platform.
• You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not infringe third-party rights, violate laws, or contain harmful or offensive material.
• We reserve the right (but not obligation) to review, remove, or restrict User Content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

3. Acceptable Use

When using ChefBoard, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Post spam, misleading information, or malicious software.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others, or promote hate, violence, or discrimination.

ChefBoard, including its logos, designs, features, and content (other than User Content), is owned by or licensed to ChefBoard and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written permission.

5. Third-Party Links & Services

ChefBoard may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ChefBoard is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChefBoard and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ChefBoard at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your rights to use the Platform cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal obligations. If we make material changes, we will notify users by posting a notice on the Platform or emailing you. Continued use of ChefBoard after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
